The akj Berlin invites you to a an event and panel discussion about: „How German Labor Law fails Delivery Workers - a Movement‘s Response“ at Hedwig-Dohm-Haus, Ziegelstraße 5, 10115 Berlin, on July 6, 2023.
The evening starts at 6 PM with an introduction on the social movements of the last two years followowed by a legal input on labor law. Six speaker from different contexts are invited to then answer questions and share their expertise in a Panel discussion. After a 20 Minute break around 8 PM where we offer some drinks and snacks everyone can choose one of the introduced topics from the panel so that the audience is split into different groups to dive deeper into different aspects of the vast topic for example national socialist influences on the right to strike, or how delivery work differs from other forms of labor. We want to end the evening together and share some of the learnings as well as focusing on possibilities to get involved.
The evening is open for everyone who is interested and we look forward to seeing you there.
